Complex case management
Do you have more than one medical condition you are trying to take care of? Have you recently had a critical event? We are here to help. We offer a Complex Case Management program to help you get the medical care and services you need.
If you think you may need this type of help, you can self-refer by calling Member Services. Ask to speak to your assigned Care Coordinator or a Care Coordinator in Complex Case Management.

Pregnancy resources
Visit Text4baby to sign up for regular text messages with pregnancy information. You’ll receive health tips about each stage of your pregnancy, as well as learn how to spot problems and how to prepare for delivery.
We also offer Care Coordination to all pregnant members.
Postpartum Support Virginia helps new and expectant mothers and their families overcome anxiety and depression.
Visit Safe Sleep Virginia for important information about Sudden Unexpected Infant Death.
Virginia’s Low-Income Safety Seat Program provides free child safety and booster seats for income eligible children.
Online therapy
On To Better Health is an online program that’s proven to help people get better and feel better. Answer a few questions and a personal health plan is created just for you. Get access to self-help tools for common challenges such as insomnia, depression, chronic pain and more. You can also:
- Read health and wellness articles
- Chat online with a clinical specialist
- Schedule a counseling session with a licensed therapist or psychiatrist
All the tools and resources are easy to use and private. Access them 24/7 at no cost to you!
Sometimes it’s hard to find time for yourself or get help when you do find time. On To Better Health is there when and where you want it.

Behavioral Health Crisis Line
Call us if you do not know how to get services during a crisis. We will help find a crisis provider for you.
